Game Modes

Battlefields fall into two initial game modes: 1. Classic 2. Dominion. In classic game mode  you need  to destroy the enemy's nexus while defending your own. In dominion mode you need to hold the majority of capture points on the map to damage the enemy nexus.

The Summoner's Code

The Code of Summoner serves a blueprint for positive behavior on and off the Fields of Justice. Code's tenets encourage you to play as a team, provide constructive feedback, build relationships and help newcomer players.

Summoner's Rift

League of Legends' flagship justice field, Summoner's Rift, remains the battleground of choice for the most of players. Two teams for five champions battle across three lanes and an extended jungle that holds powerful buffs and major neutral role. An extended laning phase and large-scale team fights are behaviour of this battlefield.

The second Field of Justice is, Twisted Treeline, features two lanes and teams of three champions. Champions begin play with higher starting gold totals than Summoner's Rift, sparking quicker engagements and frequent team fights. A centralized  and single jungle between the lanes holds captured altars that encourage battle over neutral objectives.

All Mid, the Howling Abyss highlights two groups of five champions fighting over a solitary path. The summoner stage gives no recuperating and shopping is entirely restricted to periods after your champion has kicked the bucket. This pushes the guide toward forceful, high-power gameplay fixated on group battles.
